Where is the Circle of Hope Family Shelter located?
The Circle of Hope Family Shelter is located at 420 West Harrison Street, Corona. Our facility is at the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Harrison Street, north of the railroad tracks it is just off of north Main Street and Grand Blvd.
What are the requirements to enter the Circle of Hope Family Shelter?
All adults must have a City of Corona Service Eligibility Card. For details of eligibility and requirements, please review the Eligibility section of this website.

What services are available at the Circle of Hope Family Shelter?
We offer meals, overnight shelter, showers, case management, skills classes, referrals to other community resources, and faith support. For more information, see Programs
What is the appeal process if services are denied?
Those persons barred from the Circle of Hope Family Shelter because of the inability to follow the shelter rules and regulations may file an appeal to the Board of Directors. The appeal must be in writing and include the reasons why an appeal should be granted. The written appeal is processed through the Shelter Director to the Board of Directors.
Those persons who receive a denial of City of Corona Service Eligibility Card may file an appeal within 30 days of receiving the notification of the denial. The appeal must be in writing and submitted through the Circle of Hope Family Shelter to the Corona Police Department. A representative of the Corona Police Department will review the appeal and reason for the denial. A response will be given to the appellant within 15 days of receiving the written appeal. If necessary, the appellant may request a hearing with the Corona Police Department to show cause for the reversal of the denial status. The burden of proof shall be on the appellant.
